Cathedral Executive operates in three broad sectors – commercial, technical and the charitable sector.
The Charity Division
is headed up by Jackie Dawkins, Director and Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). With a career in recruitment spanning back to 1986, she is well known to organisations across the South West region. She is a strong advocate of professional practice and insists on her team working to those same standards. She will manage your Recruitment Project, tailoring the recruitment process and working closely with you to ensure the right candidate is selected.
The Commercial Division
is managed by Joanne Caine, also a Director and Fellow of the REC. Joanne came to Cathedral Appointments in the spring of 1998, became Branch Manager in 2001 and a Director in 2006. She has a considerable track record in identifying and recruiting senior commercial candidates for a broad range of clients across the SW.
The Technical Division
has Vicki Ruggles at the helm. Vicki came on board in 2002 and has worked as a Senior Consultant since 2005. Twice voted Employee of the year, her calm professionalism assures her popularity with both candidates and clients alike. She has considerable experience of recruiting within the Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, Engineering and IT fields up to and including director level.
